Experienced Manager (25 years in business), dealing with international and multicultural issues, she assists Organizations, Senior Executives and Managers in their professional and geographical mobility.

As an executive coach, she is particularly focused on issues related to diversity, intercultural management: working with a multicultural team, integration into a new team, development of a collaborative, efficient team with different profiles. That is why she has developed her expertise with approaches based on active learning and cooperation: team coaching, co-development, mentoring. She is a founding member of {img_1}

She graduated from the French Grande Ecole Telecom Paris (Master of Science), she is a full member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, EMCC Accredited practitioner Coach, MBTI and Lumina certified practitioner and trained to Co-Development method SYSCODEV® and Human Element.

Hervé supports organizations in their Transformation Projects and Human Capital development.

Hervé has worked for almost 25 years in HR Departments in several organizations in a various range of environment and size. Thanks to his experience, he has developed "change management" skills to efficiently assist teams, managers and executives as a senior consultant, coach and facilitator.

He has a very pragmatic approach and proposes taylor-made assistance adapted to each business and people context : professional assessment, executive and manager coaching, team coaching, change facilitation, project team assistance, team building seminar design and facilitation, social climate survey, 360 surveys, customized workshops, training sessions for executives and managers

He graduated from Paris II University : HR Master 2, he is a Practitioner coach trained by International Mozaïk and a MBTI Certified Practitioner.

Engineer and Coach (DESU « Human Resources, Coaching », Paris 8), Nathalie is certified by the AEC-EMCC. Specialized in accompanying expatriates and their family, she is trained to Co-Development method SYSCODEV® as well as transaction analysis and Non-Violent Communication. She worked 17 years for IBM, as a Project manager, in marketing and human resources. She acquired a deep knowledge of business management and a significant experience in operational management, working many times in international and cross-cultural teams. She lived in Spain and in the UK. She coaches in French and English.

Sophie accompanies her customers on positioning issues, change management, relational strategy as well as elaboration of a professional project. She also animates workshops of change management in the context of international mobility. She was Vice-President of the Association Cafés d’Avenir. She worked 15 years in global groups. Trained to communication (CELSA), and to coaching (International Mozaik), she is a member of the European Coaching Association and is MBTI qualified. Sophie is also involved in an association helping Vietnamese orphans.
