Specialized in accompanying expatriates and their family, she is trained to Co-Development method SYSCODEV® as well as transaction analysis and Non-Violent Communication. She worked 17 years for IBM, as a Project manager, in marketing and human resources. She acquired a deep knowledge of business management and a significant experience in operational management, working many times in international and cross-cultural teams.
